Crystal Body Layouts

Transmutation

The transmutation body layout helps to strengthen your body's electromagnetic field. This is recommended if you are going through a hard time, overworked, feeling drained or are an empath who is very sensitive to energies and are needing stronger protection from external influences.

Grounding

The grounding body layout is used when you are not feeling very connected to mama earth. This can result in fatigue, irritibility, depression and insomnia. Grounding our energies into the earth can balance and harmonize erratic and incoherent energies, giving us more clarity and stability.

Deep Relaxation

Reiki Therapy

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing system developed and taught by Dr. Mikao Usui. The Japanese term for life force is Ki and there are seven forms of Ki. The seventh is known as Rei-ki and means 'spiritual, divine or sacred' and 'life force, power or energy'. It is the Divine, intelligent, organizing and harmonizing aspect of the life energy. In a Reiki therapy session I first scan the body to locate blockages and energy disturbances. Reiki is then administered by placing the hands slightly above the body covering the major chakras, meridians and any other areas needing healing. It is a safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that treats the whole person - body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Reiki Crystal Healing

Reiki Crystal Healing is a combination of Reiki and Crystal Healing. Both methods focus on the chakras so they work very well together as a system. It is a 90 minute long session due to the amount of work being done. First I will asses and place the stones on the chakras and any areas needing energy. I will proceed with a complete Reiki treatment, followed by working with additional crystals to unblock and get the energy flowing. You may be guided through energy blocks when needed with intuited visualizations and breathwork. The combined synergistic effect of Reiki and crystals results in a very powerful healing session. Give plenty of downtime after leaving, even better to have a day off if you can. I will provide water, tea and cookies to help ground out after a long session of intense energy work.

Crystal Healing

In a crystal healing I assess the energy body to find where any blockages or weak areas are and then proceed to choose the stones and place them on the chakra centers. Using a variety of methods and crystals, I work to unblock the energy centers and get the energy moving again. If a chakra is really blocked and deeply rooted, then it may take several sessions as well as doing specific chakra work on a daily basis. Aside from getting energy to flow, crystals also have the ability to entrain our energy field into resonant coherence. This is beneficial because when the subtle energy is coherent then the functioning of the body is more coherent, which results in overall better health and well-being.

Tarot & Oracle Reading

Oracle and Tarot are both cards that contain symbols and imagery that reflect the great variety of inner and outer experiences a human can have. They can be used to gain insight into our lives and where we are heading, where we want to go and what we need to do to get there. Our inner workings can also be revealed to us, helping us to see what we need to strengthen and what we should release or transform. As preparation, I create sacred space and call on higher guidance when using the cards. I also set the intention that the information I receive is for the clients highest good and will benefit them. I use both Tarot and Oracle decks in my readings with multiple decks. The readings that I provide are geared toward discovering blockages and obstacles to goals and self realization and finding ways to overcome them.

Distance Reiki w/ Crystal Grid

Distance Reiki is sent via a Crystal Grid programmed with Reiki and is used as a focal point to send Reiki healing distance. Sessions are only 20 minutes as that is my limit on what I handle for distance healing. After the healing session we will follow up with a 10 minute energy reading and discussion using tarot along with what I have picked up on during our healing session. The crystals I have used in this grid are Amethyst for general healing on all levels, apophyllite for connection to Reiki and a large Dow healing Crystal.

Home Energy Cleanse

Sometimes the energy in our homes can get stagnant and can feel off. Sometimes it feels as if there are unwanted energies or entities within the home, this can be actual entities, or negative energy built up in the home from things such as conflicts or depression. Sometimes a good physical cleaning and organizing is enough to do the job. Sometimes it needs more effort to clear it out. If this is your situation, I will energetically cleanse your home/space using a variety of tools and movements through the home or space. This is accomplished using a bell, charged salt water, benzoin, sage, and a birch besom. I will finish off with a clearing and calming gem and flower essence mist and sealing of the house with a protection symbol that will be decided on with the client. This will clear out and protect from any unwanted or stagnant energies in any space. Depending on the size of the space being cleansed, it can take up to an hour or more.
